Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing various psychotherapeutic techniques to provide effective counseling services to individuals and families, with the aim of addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and develop pertinent initial discharge plans, setting a clear path for treatment.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s treatment objectives, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

• Creating and maintaining an evidence-based treatment plan based on client assessments while coordinating additional services as necessary to ensure holistic care.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions to comply with both facility standards and professional ethics.

• Managing an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and check-ins to track client progress.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
