Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the identified issues and goals set by the patients, utilizing applied therapeutic techniques to facilitate change.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, to ensure compliance and streamline care processes.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to assist patients in maintaining stable functioning and reducing crisis incidents.

• Create and implement comprehensive discharge plans when appropriate, ensuring seamless transitions for patients returning to everyday life.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as the policies and procedures established by Inspire Wellness, to maintain best practices in service delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance therapeutic competencies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with colleagues and discuss patient care strategies.

• Complete all licensing requirements and mandatory training in a timely manner to ensure compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure as a mental health therapist.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) issued by the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a counseling or therapeutic role, particularly within a community health setting, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
