Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to formulate accurate treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions based on the identified needs of patients, employing therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, while adhering to the clinic’s compliance and regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining optimal functioning.

• Create and implement discharge plans that prepare patients for successful transitions at the conclusion of their therapy.
\n
• Remain informed about and in compliance with all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and Inspire Wellness policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and competencies.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultation meetings and agency-wide discussions to improve patient care and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.

• Complete all licensure maintenance requirements and mandatory annual training assignments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience.
