Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families, focusing on their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to patients’ identified goals, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques.

• Complete counseling documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorizations in compliance with established timelines.

• Develop individualized crisis intervention, safety, and wellness plans to help patients maintain stable functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans to support a smooth transition after treatment.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations, along with Inspire Wellness policies and procedures.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training, continuing education, and case consultations.

• Maintain licensure and participate in required mandatory training sessions in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective therapy and documentation.
