Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our state-of-the-art facility, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging, structured group sessions that empower clients to share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored, empathetic counseling sessions where clients can delve deeply into their thoughts and emotions, allowing for personal growth and healing.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment approaches based on feedback and outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care services and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
