Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify mental health needs, crafting targeted and personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions.

• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary approach, engaging with case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of client health.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental distress, employing both clinical skills and empathy to manage high-pressure situations.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs, promoting mental health awareness, and working to reduce stigma associated with seeking mental health assistance.

Your practice will focus on serving a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families, many of whom come from underserved communities. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients from all walks of life.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with a strong understanding of the diverse socioeconomic and cultural factors that influence mental health.

• Organizational skills for accurate documentation and timely follow-ups, in adherence to legal and ethical standards of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy tools and software, ensuring effective delivery of services in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with community-based resources to facilitate referrals and support client’s external needs.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other severe mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
