Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate client mental health statuses, utilizing various diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific mental health concerns and personal goals.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care; this may include participation in case conferences to discuss treatment progress and strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, recovery processes, and available resources to foster engagement in their treatment journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive practical experience in mental health counseling.
