Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises such as meditation, controlled breathing techniques, and self-reflection activities during individual therapy sessions.

• Organize and lead educational group workshops focused on various mindfulness practices, stress management approaches, and resilience-building techniques.

• Incorporate mindfulness seamlessly into individual therapy sessions to address each client's mental health concerns while supporting their personal development.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create an integrated treatment plan that maximizes therapeutic outcomes.

• Document client progress meticulously, detailing the mindfulness interventions applied and the effectiveness of each approach in treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
