This position allows for a fully remote work setting, offering flexibility while ensuring that you can deliver care to clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to support clients in achieving their mental health goals, regularly monitoring progress toward those goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to enhance the overall care provided to clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication with clients to maintain engagement in their treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and experience implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to fostering collaborative relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred.

• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team in a community health setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and techniques is beneficial, given the remote nature of the role.
