Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health status and tailor interventions accordingly.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continually refining strategies to align with each client's evolving therapy goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored particularly for adult clients, ensuring an empathetic and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A bachelor's degree is a prerequisite; however, candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

• Deep compassion and empathy, alongside a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a robust caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience is valued, we specifically seek individuals who have demonstrated a strong commitment to continuing education in mental health. Prior experience in teletherapy is beneficial, as well as familiarity with clinical documentation practices that streamline care delivery.
