Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, implementing screening tools to identify key issues.

• Collaborating with clients to establish individualized treatment goals and documenting strategies to track their progress effectively.

• Offering individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies tailored to each client.

• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups and adapting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community resources, ensuring an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Engaging with clients’ families to provide them with educational resources and supportive tools, enhancing their involvement in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. You will address a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
