Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through virtual consultations, using structured interviews and screening tools to understand individual histories and needs.

• Create tailored treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions aligned with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions employing effective therapeutic modalities such as CBT and ABA, ensuring that theoretical insights guide practical applications.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic interventions and case management services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
