Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals to facilitate client progress.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices.

• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for those facing logistical or health challenges.

• Monitor and document client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining accuracy in all records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training workshops, peer discussions, and supervision sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base seeking support for various mental health issues, including trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustment challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
