This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still connecting with clients in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' emotional and mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on a wide variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current mental health practices to enhance client care and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure seamless continuity of care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to continually refine your skills and stay informed of advancements in the mental health field.

• Contribute to the enhancement of our clinical services by providing feedback and insights based on your experiences and interactions with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with a range of challenges such as stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. We particularly focus on identifying roots of emotional distress and empowering clients to develop healthier coping strategies. By offering a combination of individual and group therapy techniques, you will address not only the psychological needs of our patients but also their emotional and social contexts, fostering holistic wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited university.

• An active license or certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) for mental health counseling in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to clients dealing with emotional challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build meaningful rapport with clients.

• A good understanding of electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide training for our systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community health settings or working with underserved populations is a plus.

• Familiarity with group therapy facilitation, including leading therapeutic workshops and sessions.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
