Work Environment\n

This remote position allows counselors to interact with patients through telehealth platforms, maintaining flexibility and work-life balance. Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, preferences, and background, which serve as the foundation for developing tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community and help patients cope with common challenges in mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and integrated treatment approaches for our patients.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies and support patients during critical mental health episodes, ensuring they receive timely assistance.

• Guide patients through understanding their mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring all electronic health records (EHR) are updated and accurate.

• Actively engage in continuing education, professional development, and team discussions to stay updated on advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
