Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and holistic assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide goal-oriented therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, applying therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing based on client needs.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive treatment approaches that encompass all aspects of client care.

• Respond efficiently to crisis intervention needs, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress while determining safe and effective paths forward.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at fostering mental health education, raising awareness, and offering resources to underrepresented populations.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively serve a diverse clientele, demonstrating respect and understanding for various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage documentation accurately and punctually in accordance with ethical and legal requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly those who have worked in community-based settings or telehealth environments. Experience in crisis intervention and a familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your compensation will range from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
