Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history and tailor appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), within individual and group settings.

• Facilitate supportive and healing group therapy sessions that encourage patients to process their trauma in safe environments.

• Engagement in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other unique mental health professionals to ensure holistic treatment plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, equipped with the skills to stabilize individuals in distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
