Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments of patients to evaluate their trauma history and identify tailored treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and combat veterans. The therapist must demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with a diverse patient demographic, respecting each individual's unique history and journey toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is essential.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on trauma-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
