Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. The flexibility of a telehealth setting allows you to reach individuals who may not otherwise have access to in-person services. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet accommodating schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, staying current with the latest evidence-based practices and research in mental health treatment.

• Actively contribute your ideas to enhance our clinical services, patient engagement strategies, and overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve providing services to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of emotional and psychological issues. Many clients may be struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their challenges and realize their potential for growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license/certification such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting, working with clients facing emotional challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
