Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patient needs and determine treatment options.

• Actively participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Engage in discharge planning and coordinate aftercare services to ensure patients continue to receive the support they need post-therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow ethical standards in patient confidentiality.

• Provide personalized and empathetic care that addresses individual patient concerns and enhances their overall wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, we prefer candidates with previous experience in outpatient therapy settings. Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital documentation systems, along with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent upon your caseload and experience level.
