Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse spectrum of mental health concerns. Our clients seek assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. The goal is to empower them to navigate their mental health journeys, developing skills that promote resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in your state as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted, and candidates must demonstrate a clean professional and disciplinary record.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to counsel with empathy and understanding.

• Proficient in computer skills to efficiently utilize our easy-to-navigate therapist platform and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Experience with online therapy platforms and working with diverse patient populations is highly regarded. Demonstrated abilities in crisis intervention and multi-modal treatment approaches will further enhance an applicant's candidacy.
