Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who are experiencing diverse mental health challenges. Your role will be to empower these individuals by providing essential support and tools for improvement, fostering resilience in their day-to-day lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess one of the following active licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record are acceptable.
\n
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a caring and empathetic demeanor.

• Exhibit strong proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinically relevant experience is required, showcasing your ability to manage diverse client needs effectively. This experience will ideally include direct interaction with adult clients and familiarity with various therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Best Of Care Inc. values the hard work and dedication of our therapists. The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000, dependent on your chosen working hours. We also offer:
