Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish a full understanding of clients' mental health histories, including diagnoses and treatment requirements.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address various mental health disorders.

• Document all clinical interactions comprehensively, ensuring that all notes and treatment updates comply with licensure standards.

You will primarily support individuals seeking mental health services due to a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master's level preferred) from a regionally accredited university.

• An active license to practice as a mental health provider in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.), permitting you to provide unsupervised therapy.

• A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions by a licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have:

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and youth.
