Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and clients' unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities, to individuals experiencing various mental health challenges.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring all case notes comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base predominantly consists of individuals navigating various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Many clients are referred through local schools and community networks, providing further opportunities for impactful therapy that supports their unique circumstances. As part of a community health clinic, you will be instrumental in delivering quality care that significantly affects the lives of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• A valid and active license in Texas to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist; allowing you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy.

• A clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to diverse adult populations.

• Strong background in administering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and familiarity with other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Life Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team. Benefits include:
