Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, prior trauma, and personal experiences.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each individual.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and provide ongoing monitoring of their progress.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

• Provide necessary resources and referrals based on client needs and goals.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Lift Emotion Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a trauma-informed approach.

• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on managing a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
