Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders in diverse populations.

• Developing individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of patients, while adjusting these plans as necessary to reflect changes in their condition.

• Providing both individual and family therapy sessions, offering supportive interventions that foster healing and personal growth.

• Engaging with community resources and external agencies to build a network of support for clients and facilitate access to additional services.

• Acting as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring clear communication and coordination with other stakeholders involved in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a wide range of patients that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assessing and treating individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related disorders.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Health Rehab offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
