Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather relevant client information, including mental health history and presenting concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, adjusting these plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient needs.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, caregivers, and community service providers, to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients’ coping strategies and overall mental health.

• Monitor patient progress and make timely referrals to additional services such as support groups, treatment programs, and crisis intervention resources.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as the standards set forth by our clinical programs.

• Organize daily tasks by assessing the needs of new, ongoing, and discharging patients within your care responsibility.

• Facilitate educational sessions or consultations with patients and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies.

• Advocate for clients to ensure they receive comprehensive care and support by communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and outside resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
