Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be on adult patients who often face complex challenges due to co-occurring medical conditions. These individuals may experience a range of diagnoses including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use disorders, all of which can significantly impact their physical health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• An understanding of ethical guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in using computer applications and electronic health records, facilitating efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
