Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering community and connection among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
