Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans that guide clients towards their goals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), leveraging technology for effective therapy delivery and ensuring clients feel supported and understood.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of clinical interactions, demonstrating compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining ethical standards in practice and documentation.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists to enhance treatment quality, sharing insights and strategies to create a cohesive care plan for clients.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve your practice and contribute to team learning, ensuring that the care provided aligns with current best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in New York State.
