Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, maintaining a structured schedule to ensure consistent support and engagement with clients.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to determine the appropriate treatment strategies tailored to each patient's specific needs.

• Collaborate with patients to establish and regularly review individualized treatment plans, promoting shared decision-making and active participation in their recovery journey.

• Develop and implement aftercare and discharge plans to support patients as they transition from therapy, ensuring continued growth and stability.

• Ensure that all counseling services are delivered efficiently and effectively, observing professional standards and ethical guidelines throughout the therapeutic process.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor to contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families, many of whom are dealing with complex challenges such as mental health issues, substance use disorders, and behavioral health difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York is essential for consideration.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, ideally within a setting focused on mental health counseling or addictions.

• Proficiency in providing counseling services tailored to marry and family therapy approaches, particularly for diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
