Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on improvement and wellness.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to support client growth and resilience.

• Maintain precise clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your meticulous documentation will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, ethical care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating treatment efforts to ensure that all aspects of clients’ mental health are addressed.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

• Educate and support clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to facilitate informed decision-making and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients attending our outpatient office present with a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, trauma-related disorders, general anxiety disorders, major depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will have the chance to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and contributing to their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting your dedication to academic excellence.

• Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored specifically to individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients.

• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities that allow you to effectively navigate complex client situations.

• Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment, supporting collective goals while valuing individual contributions.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least three years of relevant clinical experience working in outpatient mental health settings. Experience dealing directly with trauma, anxiety, depression, or substance use disorders will be considered a significant advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
