This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own location while maintaining a flexible schedule. Our practice is open Monday through Saturday, giving you the ability to manage your time effectively and serve clients according to their availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, evaluating their emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Execute tailored clinical social work or counseling interventions, based on the results of assessments and client objectives.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring all professionals involved are up-to-date through regular meetings and documentation.

• Maintain ethical standards by completing timely and thorough documentation as required, creating an accurate record of therapy sessions and client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to implement effective strategies that support clients in their personalized service plans.

• Facilitate case management for clients, coordinating with community resources, healthcare providers, and other professionals to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a prerequisite, with advanced degrees preferred.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule between 10 to 40 hours a week, adjusting to patient needs and availability.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in providing teletherapy or experience in specialized therapeutic techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Trauma-Informed Care may be highly regarded. Any experience working in outpatient settings will also strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
