Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and mental health status, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, and regularly review and adjust these plans to reflect clients' progress and ongoing challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in various formats, including individual, couples, or family therapy sessions conducted via video conference.

• Provide psychoeducation and guidance to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, which may include physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to optimize care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and clinical supervision to enhance skills and maintain licensure.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure in New York State as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of comfort using technology for therapy and client interactions.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in various clinical situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy and counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
