Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored specifically to the unique concerns of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, applying various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care, ensuring seamless coordination across services.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during acute distress, guiding clients through critical moments with empathy and skill.

• Participate in community outreach programs designed to raise awareness of mental health issues, reduce stigma, and increase access to services.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to establish therapeutic rapport with a diverse clientele, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong foundation in cultural competence, enabling effective interactions with individuals across various demographics.
\n
• Effective organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation in a timely manner, adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards.
