Regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, provide a structured yet adaptable aesthetic to meet both client and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions focused on client-specific goals while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive care experience for our clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment quality and clinician effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their wellness journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing a range of psychological challenges, including but not limited to, trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our clientele is diverse, reflecting the varied cultural backgrounds of the Rochester community. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

The position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
