Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficiency in building rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively engage with clients from a wide array of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record system.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a telehealth setting, familiar with digital therapy tools and methodologies. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
