Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a wide range of therapeutic modalities, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation following state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
