Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, as well as crisis intervention strategies when necessary.

• Document clinical notes and treatment updates promptly and in accordance with all regulatory standards.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools during evaluations and to track client progress throughout therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison between clients, state agencies, and community organizations to enhance service access and continuity of care.
\n
• Facilitate open communication channels to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, promoting our agency's mission within the broader community.

• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and statewide meetings, to remain informed about best practices in mental health care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic and the success of our programs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.
