This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to create a balanced work-life dynamic. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, allowing therapists to manage their schedules effectively while meeting client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, developing tailored treatment plans based on client needs.

• Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions that facilitate recovery.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with healthcare professionals, sharing treatment strategies, and participating in patient rounds to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor patient progress, providing ongoing support and adjustment to treatment plans as needed to foster healing and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress to meet regulatory standards.

• Provide case management services, which involve consultation and coordination with community resources to enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Required minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Availability to provide between 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week or more, depending on client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy within community health clinics or similar settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a caseload and engage in collaborative care.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, we offer:
