Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations using a combination of interviews, questionnaires, and standardized instruments to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA and other legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality while tracking patient progress.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, participating in case consultations and peer review for continuous quality improvement.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families, explaining mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community for additional support.

• Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in mental health to provide clients with the most effective care possible.

Qualifications\n
