Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to assess mental health needs, risks, and treatment options, using evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and objectives.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions and appropriate coping strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain comprehensive client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry trends and enhance professional skills.

Our therapists primarily serve a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in the state of New York.
