Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based and solution-focused practices to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while providing empathetic support to foster clients’ resilience and hope.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and present with various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Candidate must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist is required.

• Proficient in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques, demonstrating the ability to customize treatment plans effectively according to client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
