Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous video sessions employing evidence-based practices to provide individualized care to adult clients with varying emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers and your fellow therapists to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Utilize digital tools for symptom self-assessments and progress tracking to continuously monitor treatment effectiveness, adapting therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team for case discussions, peer support, and professional growth opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele spans a wide range of emotional and psychological disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will be expected to provide culturally responsive services that respect and acknowledge the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. The ability to relate to and effectively address the concerns of a varied client base is critical to the success of our therapeutic model.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An active and independent license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Holding licenses in multiple states is highly advantageous.

• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a mental health therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
