Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of clients seeking mental health support but may not have access to in-person therapy. Our clients are pre-screened for stability and low acuity, allowing you to engage meaningfully with individuals who need your specialized knowledge and support.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licenses: Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (CLMFT), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective counseling sessions and document client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inside Minds Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and the hours worked. Additional benefits include:
