Work Environment\n

This role is uniquely positioned within a remote outpatient office, offering flexibility without sacrificing connection to clients or the team. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a quality work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our approach encompasses understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, enabling you to provide customized interventions that resonate with their cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) designation in Vermont.

• Demonstrated expertise working with a wide variety of client populations, showcasing cultural competency and sensitivity.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other relevant methodologies.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in a clinical counseling setting.
