Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to fit the unique dynamics and goals of each client.

• Help clients set, track, and achieve their mental health objectives, using motivational interviewing techniques to empower their journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records while strictly adhering to ethical standards and state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families seeking to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, active LCMHC licensure in Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
