Work Environment\n

The counseling work setting is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements to meet the varying needs of our clients and counselors alike. However, you will have the support of our outpatient office in Fontana, which fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for effective intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse. Counselors work with clients ranging from adolescents to adults, providing a compassionate and tailored approach to each person's unique circumstances and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
