Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules within a structured workweek. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which cultivates a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to accurately identify client needs and concerns.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans addressing specific client goals and therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Track client progress through diligent documentation and maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with ethical practices and legal regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest mental health trends and therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to psychiatric services when necessary.

• Support clients in identifying and overcoming barriers to their mental health goals, and inspire them towards sustained wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current LCMHC license in Vermont or ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
