This full-time position operates in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients across various demographics and locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess client needs, mental health status, and preferences, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy to effectively address client issues.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, guiding clients through discussions that promote insight, healing, and attainment of their therapeutic goals.

• Track client progress through detailed documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and seminars, to stay updated on evolving mental health practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and cultures, requiring a counselor with a strong ability to build rapport and adapt strategies to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• An active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont, or eligibility for licensure.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
